With the amount of June rainfall in Asheville and all over Western North Carolina, we have been fortunate to find some dry days here and there to hold some of our engagement sessions. One such day was when we got to spend some time with Ally and Chris and their two lovely dogs. Ally and Chris were visiting the Asheville area from Georgia to have a little weekend getaway in the mountains.
The engagement photoshoot started out in eerily beautiful forest adjacent to the mountain bald where the rest of the shoot would soon follow. Ally and Chris wanted to get a few photos of their very friendly Labrador Retriever and their very playful Golden Retriever before the main shoot on mountain itself.
On the knob, Ally and Chirs showcased their easy and natural love in the fading June sunlight. They both have very arresting personalities and they were very fun to be around and even easier to photograph. Chris even brought a leather hat that he had bought when they were in Italy. As the sun set on the lovely couple, we found ourselves honored to be able to document the occasion.
