We had the pleasure of documenting the gorgeous wedding celebration of Andrew Beilein and Morgan Gerich on a lovely summer day in Detroit, Michigan. The day began at the luxurious Townsend Hotel in Birmingham as the couples and their bridal party donned their wedding attire. The wedding had a ‘Black Tie Affair’ feel as the guys all wore handsome tuxedos and Morgan’s wedding gown was beyond exquisite.
After everyone finished getting ready, the bridal party and the families of the couple were shuttled to the solemnly beautiful Cathedral of the Most Blessed Sacrament in downtown Detroit. Andy and Morgan even invited their family priest from Washington DC to officiate the powerful, faith filled service.
Afterwards the newlyweds and their entire guest list were shuttled back to the Townsend Hotel for their lovely reception accompanied by a delectable dinner. The witty and well received toasts were well thought out and had a basketball theme to them as Andy and his brothers are the sons of John Beilein, the former head coach of the University of Michigan men’s basketball team. After the toasts, the newlyweds, their friends, and loved ones celebrated through the evening in the ethereal Townsend banquet hall.
