asheville elopement at the sinclair

As with all of my weddings thus far this spring, the day of the Jeff Persek and Agnes Kim’s wedding began with rain. However, as with all of my weddings thus far this spring, the weather seemed to cooperate at exactly the right time. The ceremony was held outdoors in the lovely plant and blooming flower filled backyard of Jeff’s parents’ house and the rain tapered off with about fifteen minutes to spare.

The ceremony was a bright and love filled event. Jeff and Agnes struggled to hold it together while they exchanged their intimate and well thought out vows in front of over seventy of their closest friends and family. Agnes’ parents flew all the way from South Korea to attend their daughter’s wedding.

After cocktail hour was held, the bridal party and guests were shuttled over to the reception being held at the clubhouse in Deerlake Village. After some photographs of the bridal party in front of the scenic lake, Agnes and Jeff dined and danced the night away with their attending guests and family. Soju, a popular liquor in South Korea was the drink of the night with many bottles being shared among guests.

The ceremony was as lighthearted and jubilant as the ceremony was beautiful and elegant. We continue to look back on documenting this particular wedding fondly and hope that all of our future weddings will be as enchanting.
