The first real chill of Autumn came through the Blue Ridge mountains on the day that Megan and Tony celebrated their wedding at an intimate location off of the Blue Ridge Parkway. The cold wind of the mountains howled through the changing leaves and threatened rain as the couple exchanged vows at the Parkway overlook. However, the inclement weather held off and the loving ceremony went on without a hitch.
The wedding party got ready at a lovely rental house in Fletcher, North Carolina before heading up to the Parkway for the ceremony. Afterwards, the party moved to downtown Asheville to visit breweries and ride the beer trolly before heading back to the house in Fletcher for the reception.
Even though the rain came down in buckets, the group was unphased. The couple and their guests enjoyed a dinner under a warmly lit tent then headed back inside to dance to the music of an extremely talented and energetic funk band. The newlyweds danced with their families, friends, and their two dogs as the rain fell harmlessly outside.
