We met up with the Lee family on top of Max Patch, an Appalachian bald mountain near Asheville, North Carolina in early June of this year for their family photoshoot. The Lee family consists of Jacqui and John and their three children: Josie, Juliet, and Atticus. The family is expecting their fourth child in August. The slightly overcast skies provided a lovely light that perfectly brought out the colors of their outfits and the breeze was just strong enough to flutter dresses and tussle hair.
Jacqui’s vibrant red dress stood stark against the green hills and spilled through the breeze while she and her family frollicked through the tall grass on top of the bald. The entire family were naturals in front of the camera. The children laughed and danced around their parents between sometimes sneaking up on them or giving them hugs here and there. Jacqui, John, and their lovely children we so easy to photograph as they were simply having a normal family outing and we were simply taking photos.
